Transparent Justice? Court judgements in the field of tension between publicity and protection of privacy

The event takes an interdisciplinary approach to research findings in the area of court decision anonymisation, produced as part of the National Research Programme "Digital Transformation" (NRP 77) in the project "Open Justice vs. Privacy".

The conference is organised by the Competence Center for Public Management (KPM) and the Institute of Information Systems (INF) at the University of Bern, as well as the Institute Public Sector Transformation (IPST) of the Bern University of Applied Sciences. It is aimed at representatives of the judiciary, legal IT specialists, researchers from various disciplines, companies in the legal-tech industry, and other interested parties.
